Brief description of classes:
Barre - usually using props such as weights, band and ball for strengthening. Standing , Floor & Chair work.
Fluid Stretch Barre - Done without props, using fluid movements and dynamic stretching to increase flexibility and mobility. Standing and Chair work that can be modified for Floor.
Pilates Barre - Pilates based movements, sometimes using band and ball as props. Standing, Floor & Chair work.
Release & Restore- Gentle Pilates and dynamic stretch movements to increase range of motion and relieve tension in the body. Mostly Floor work.
