Hillary Brennan

Simply Pilates

Hillary Brennan is a Certified Pilates Instructor and has enjoyed teaching in the area for over 20 years. She has extensive training in both mat and apparatus and the knowledge and experience to help clients modify and adapt the Pilates routine so they get the most out of their workout. Hillary’s love of dance is apparent in her Pilates Mat classes. She likes to keep them fun and exciting!


Anne Cookson

Dynamic Stretch
Anne is a certified Essentrics Instructor.  Her Dynamic Stretch classes are fun, full body, uplifting classes appropriate for all fitness levels.  Classes are 45 minutes and are designed to increase body awareness, mobility, flexibility and strength.  All classes incorporate a varied playlist including R&B, Pop and Rock to Classical.


Amy Davis

Amy Davis has been a fitness instructor since 1999.  She teaches Essentrics and yoga. She welcomes all fitness levels and abilities, from first-time fitness participant to seasoned athlete. She has a devotion in helping the senior population to stay out of pain and improve their mobility.  Her convivial personality makes her classes very approachable and fun. She is also accepting clients as a Certified Health Coach and is a caregiver.

Lisa Sawczuk

Lisa is a certified Essentrics & Balletone Instructor.  Her love of all things dance led her to the fusion-style conditioning program Balletone. This program allows her to incorporate all of her past fitness moves into a fun workout. Lisa completed online training and is a certified Balletone Instructor. Move to Fit is an original low impact workout that Lisa created for all fitness levels. It focuses on resistance and form to gradually build and maintain lean muscle.
