Service Description

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements. The technique emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscular balance. I take a contemporary approach to Pilates, bringing more flow into the movements so that you experience the perfect mix of strength, balance, mobility and flexibility.  This class takes place on the mat. Props (such as a Pilates ball and light weights) are always be optional, not required. A fun and varied playlist accompanies each class. These classes are designed for all levels and are designed to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, relieve tension, and so much more.
