Barre class combines barre work, Pilates, strength and resistance training, and stretching into a 45-55-minute class. We focus on keeping the core strong and stable in a neutral position, while adding flexibility and range of motion through the arms and legs. This class is a low-impact, full-body workout. Modifications are offered
This 45-55 minute class is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines ballet, pilates, strength, and flexibility, emphasizing proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. All classes are choreographed to fun and energetic music. We offer modifications or intensifications that will suit your fitness level.
This 30 minute class will focus on mindful movement, muscle release, balance, dynamic stretching and more.
Dynamic stretching and strengthening choreographed to music. This low impact class helps improve posture, balance, range of motion and flexibility.
Modifications and Alignment Tips.
Classes 30 minutes or less. Specialty classes focusing on certain props, techniques, or areas of the body.
